Freddie Bracamonte
Chief Executive Officer
With over 14 years of experience in the construction industry, Freddie will see the projection to completion from the beginning to the end and will be involved in all processes. Freddie’s extensive operational experience and hands-on approach gives him a bird’s eye view of our projects. Freddie works hand-in-hand with the Owner identifying opportunities for savings, monetarily and schedule wise while identifying potential risks to the Project(s) along the way.

Roger Berge

With over 36 years of experience in the flooring industry, Roger is involved in the entire process of your flooring project. Roger’s hands-on approach along with his extensive flooring project experience, ensures that your project will meet all of your needs and expectations. Roger works hand in hand with owners, project managers, facilities managers, contractor PM’s, superintendents and the installation team. Roger has been married to his wife for 36 years and has two adult children living in the Phoenix metro area.

Joe Bridgewater
Operations Manager
Joe prides himself in being a 4th generation Phoenician. He has enjoyed 30 plus years experience in the floor covering industry. He has come to know the people in the industry as a second family. His 30 plus years experience have included everything from 25 years as owner operator of his own floor covering business to manufacturing representative and everything in
between. Joe and his wife enjoy spending time with their family and most of all with their two grandchildren. Joe is always ready to share the latest Grandpa Joe story.
Trina Nash
Office Administrator
Trina has been with PFS for 2 years and has over 20 years accounting experience, with 10 plus years in construction applications. She takes pride in her organizational skills which help with the multitasking that this job requires. Trina is a problem solver and always open to learning new things. Trina joined PFS in its infancy and has created office operations, procedures and filing systems to keep things running smoothly. She handles all operations of the office which includes creating work orders, purchase orders, accounts receivable, accounts payable and project coordination.
Born and raised in Phoenix, she loves all things Arizona including the Cardinals, Suns, and Diamondbacks. Trina loves being outdoors as much as possible. In her free time, she enjoys mud runs, spending time with her 2 adult children, hiking with her 2 dogs, and Harley rides with her long-term boyfriend.
